We want you to be happy with your order, but If you are not completely happy, we will do everything we can to try and make it better! Lolly Designs & Boutique accepts RETURNS of unwashed, unworn, & undamaged items for a full REFUND or EXCHANGE within 7 days of the original purchase. We do have a couple of simple, short rules regarding RETURNS, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGES.
Customer is responsible for any additional shipping cost. Return labels will not be provided.
Any CUSTOM, PERSONALIZED, SALE items or items at a DISCOUNTED price are FINAL SALE and not eligible for RETURNS, REFUNDS, or EXCHANGES .
